Freaking dont work when entered and the nickname feature makes me want to stab my eyes out ...

Ava transcense app is not too perfect yet. Its good thing for me to communicate with my hearing co-workers. But it interpeted wrong on Ava when whatever my co-workers. They havent perfect it to be interpet whatever hearing people say on Ava app. The negative thing is you have to use free time to use Ava app for 5 hours for every months only and if you want to purchase unlimited for more things. That is so ridiculous! It should be free for all hearing, hard of hearing, and deaf people so they should not have to pay.

I get plenty of codes, but typing them in does nothing. Cant advance to next step... Was going to set it up for my hoh parents. But no point sharing a broken app.

This isnt same as Siri, and then I tried test it on others and they said that wasnt same as their own say. Im not highly recommend this app for downloading it until they must have to fix right now!

I downloaded the app to check it out. It says I have 5 hours remaining I guess free time. I dont even have plans to meet or talk to anyone for probably a day or two. And then I have to pay $1 per day to use it? Does that mean my hearing friends/family have to pay as well? Thats kind of unfair. What if people cant afford to pay that on a daily basis? I love this idea but theres gotta be better way to handle this.

I i did everything they asked, gave them my phone number but its not sending me the code# so i can get a glimpse of everything. I know its new so i hope it works soon. Cuz i want to see how it works.

This app is not working! It wont let me to enter code in and try to invite conservation to people

There doesnt seem to just be a function to be able to decipher what someone not on your friends list says. Like if I wanted to hear what a barista or counter person asked me.

Awesome app, very easy to use

It is not as good as I thought... other strangers can see our conversations and we dont even want them to know what we chat about... should improve the features such as "selective persons in a group, or selective personal name, but can select open conversation to anyone, etc." I am not pleased with it right now and am going to delete it. Hopefully, in the near future it will be improving with the features. ?

It doesnt do a very good job of recognizing words, especially in the midst of an actual conversation.

You would think an app made specifically for transcribing speech would be better than Siri. Its not. Does not catch everything that is said and when it does, its all a random jumble of words. Great app idea, poorly executed.

I know its a business but the app makes it impossible to invite others on another device - imagine if Grandma didnt have a smart phone or we needed to use a tablet or spare iPhone. OR if Grandma was in FL and you wanted to try this out with your wife before trying to get her to use it from long distance??!! App wont accept new accounts from the same cell phone #... The concept is great and I have no problem paying a dollar or more a day to make Grandma feel like a part of the conversation again. Ive downloaded this app twice now trying to work with it - second time Ill be deleting in total frustration. Two stars for the concept - zero for the execution.

I have to select my hearing status as deaf and enlarge text sizw every time I start &Ava app. Please fix that so it will stick...

This is great tool for Deaf users unfortunately for this company is ripped off to have $29.99 monthly for upgrade. This company does have a real person CA operating to do the relay typing on this apps. This app only do itself, not real person like video relay service or relay service make sense to pay interpreter but not machine or apps itself. Will not strongly recommendation on this and that will put burden more than 23 millions deaf and HH customers in the U.S. that will put on their financial burden due to lower income (85% SSD income). Thumbs down!
